1. Services Provided

Jean Team Transport Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) provides local and long-distance trucking and transport services for individuals and businesses. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Payments

We accept credit card and ACH payments.

Payment must be made in full prior to or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Client:

If a cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the quoted service price.

Cancellations by Company:

In the unlikely event that Jean Team Transport Inc. cancels a booking, clients will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.

No-Shows:

If the client is not available at the scheduled pickup time and location, no refund will be provided.

4. Warranties & Disclaimers

Jean Team Transport Inc. provides transport services “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee delivery timelines that are impacted by factors outside our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, accidents, or road closures.

We are not responsible for delays caused by mechanical issues, third-party carriers, or unforeseen circumstances.

We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jean Team Transport Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of use.

Our total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Clients are responsible for ensuring vehicles are in operable condition prior to transport unless otherwise agreed.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [County], North Carolina, and the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction in those courts.

Before filing suit, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through informal negotiation.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
